I decided to try the cookie mix first. I love to bake, and I also love snickerdoodles, so it was an easy choice. They were so incredibly easy to make, and my house smelled AMAZING while they were baking!

The real show stopper on these cookies is the cinnamon and cardamom mixture! I have actually never had a cookie with cardamom on it, but it gave them such a warmth and cozy taste! If you don't think something can taste "cozy", try these cookies and you'll see what I'm talking about!

They turned out so soft and chewy (even the next day). I've already gone to buy more of these because they were a huge hit with the kids too!
