  • 1 pound of pecan halves
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons of water
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of pumpkin spice seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 250 degrees.
  • In a small bowl, add your egg whites, vanilla extract, and water and mix together until frothy.
  • Add your pecans to a bowl and pour the egg white mixture over the pecans and toss to coat.
  • In a large ziploc bag, add your sugar, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, and salt.
  • Add in your pecans, seal the bag, and shake it to coat all of the pecans.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray it with non-stick spray.
  • Add your pecans in a single layer and bake for 1 hour.
  • Turn the pecans half way through the baking time. (I just take a spatula and toss them around as best I can to unstick them from each other.
  • Let cool and enjoy!!
