Cilantro Lime Sauce is something that everyone should have in their fridge! It is so flavorful, creamy, and tangy and taste amazing poured over almost anything!
How to make cilantro lime sauce:
Add the cilantro, sour cream (or greek yogurt), garlic, cilantro, salt, pepper, lime juice, and milk to a food processor. Process until smooth and serve! It's that easy.
If you don't have a food processor, you can easily make this in a blender. There's no cooking involved and it's done in seconds!

Funny side note: we always have a bunch of cilantro in our fridge. One reason being of course that we love to eat it but the other...we have a guinea pig (named Snuggles) who is a cilantro fiend! So anytime I open up the bag of cilantro, she starts squealing like a crazy woman until we give her a handful. (Who knew that guinea pigs beg for treats?!)
What to eat with cilantro lime sauce:
We love to dip veggies in it, pour it on tacos, dip chips in it, and these shrimp lettuce wraps are a favorite to have with this cilantro lime sauce! Think of it like this: anything that you would normally dip in either ranch or salsa...try it with this sauce and see how amazing it is!
