Add the dry stovetop stuffing to a large bowl. Add milk to the stuffing and fluff with a fork.
Add the meat, seasonings and beaten eggs to the bowl with the stuffing and mix gently just until everything is evenly combined.
You have 2 options for shaping the loaf:- Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray and add the meat mixture to the loaf pan.or-Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray. Then shape the meat mixture into a loaf shape on the pan. (my personal choice since this allows more grease to escape)
In a small bowl, mix the ketchup with the brown sugar then spread over top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 1 hour (uncovered) then let rest for 10 minutes before serving.I like to serve these with Garlic Mashed Potatoes!
