Spinach Artichoke Dip (slow cooker)

Ingredients

8-ounce blocks of cream cheese - softened
1
10-ounce box of frozen spinach -thawed and drained
1
14-ounce can of artichoke hearts - chopped
1
small yellow onion - chopped
1.5
cups
of sour cream
1.5
cups
parmesan cheese
2
cups
mozzarella cheese
4
cloves
garlic - minced
½
teaspoon
salt
½
teaspoon
pepper
Non-stick spray or butter for coating slow cooker
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients in the order listed.
Spray your slow cooker with non-stick spray.
Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours (stirring half way through)
After 4 hours, keep on warm if still serving.

If you want to make this in the oven, you can add everything to a baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve immediately
