Instructions
Pre-heat your oven to 375° and butter a 8x11" baking dish.
Add your sliced strawberries to a bowl and toss together with the sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Set this aside while you make the cobbler batter.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon.

Bake in the pre-heated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
