15ouncesricotta cheese(whole milk or double cream)
1cuppowdered sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
⅛teaspooncinnamon
¾cupmini chocolate chips(plus more for garnish)
¼cupchopped pistachios(optional)
Instructions
Add your softened cream cheese to a large bowl. Drain any excess liquid from the top of the ricotta tub then add the ricotta to the bowl.
Blend the ricotta and cream cheese together with a hand mixer until smooth.
Add the powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon and blend again just until combined.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips then add everything to a serving dish.
Top with more mini chocolate chips and chopped pistachios. (If serving for a crowd, I place the pistachios in a separate bowl for anyone who would like them)
