Cut your chicken into 1' cubes and add the cubes to a bowl.
Add the marinade ingredients to the bowl with the chicken and toss to make sure all of the chicken is coated. Place in the fridge and allow the chicken to marinade for at least 30 minutes.
While the chicken is marinating, soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes so they won't char in the air fryer. You can also make the sauce while the chicken marinades.
Making the sauce:
Combine the mayonnaise, chili sauce, and sriracha to a bowl and mix to combine. Then take about half of the sauce and set it aside in a separate bowl to coat the chicken after cooking.
Cooking the chicken:
When the chicken is done marinating, slide the cubes onto your soaked skewers then lay them on a plate. Brush each skewer generously with the bang bang sauce.
Spray the basket with non-stick spray then place the chicken skewers in the air fryer.
Cook the chicken skewers for about 7-8 minutes per side (14-16 minutes total) at 400℉. The chicken should be crispy on each side and at least 165°internally.
Brush the cooked chicken skewers with the reserved bang bang sauce and serve immediately.
