Air Fryer Sweet Potato Cubes (10 minutes!)

Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  • Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into about ½ inch cubes. Try to make sure they are mostly equal in size so they cook evenly.
  • Add the sweet potato cubes to a large bowl.
  • Pour the olive oil over the potatoes and toss them to coat them in the oil.
  • Once the potatoes are coated in the oil, sprinkle in all of the seasonings and toss again to coat the sweet potato cubes.
  • Add the sweet potatoes to the air fryer and set it to 400° for 10 minutes. (Shake them half way through to evenly cook) They should be slightly browned on the edges when finished.
