Roasted Potatoes and Green Beans

Ingredients

baby potatoes

fresh green beans

olive oil
(divided)

salt

garlic powder

onion powder

paprika

Italian seasoning

cup
grated or shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
Pre-heat your oven to 400° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Trim the ends off of the green beans and cut the potatoes into quarters and add them into 2 separate bowls.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to each bowl and toss the vegetables to coat them.
In a small bowl, mix together the seasonings. (salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning)
Sprinkle half of the seasoning mixture over the potatoes and half over the green beans.
Add the potatoes to the prepared baking sheet and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
After the 20 minutes, toss the potatoes and add the green beans to the baking sheet. Bake for an additional 25 minutes.
Immediately after removing the roasted green beans and potatoes from the oven, sprinkle them with the parmesan cheese and enjoy!
