Pumpkin Blondies with Dulce de Leche Filling

canned pumpkin puree
not pie filling

teaspoon

baking soda

of all purpose flour

pumpkin pie spice

can of La Lechera Dulce De Leche

Instructions
Pre-heat your oven to 350 and grease a 9x9 baking pan.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, add your pumpkin, butter, and white and brown sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
Add in the eggs and vanilla extract and beat again until combined.
Add in the salt, flour, pumpkin spice, and baking soda and on SLOW, beat until just combined.
Add ⅔ of batter to your greased pan and bake for 15 minutes. (it will not be fully cooked)
Pour the contents of your dulce de leche can into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 45 seconds.
Spread the dulce de leche onto the first blondie layer staying away from the edges.
Drop spoonfulls of the remaining batter onto the dulce de leche layer and spread as evenly as you can with your fingers.
Bake for another 25 minutes.
Let cool completely before slicing and serving.
