2teaspoonsdijon mustard
1pinchcayenne pepper(optional)
¼teaspoonpaprika
¼teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoonWorcestershire
Instructions
Add all of your ingredients to a bowl and smash together with a fork.
Once combined, lay out a sheet of plastic wrap and place the butter mixture in the center. Using the plastic wrap, roll the butter into a log and wrap it tightly.
Place in the refrigerator to allow to harden so it can be sliced when ready to serve. If you prefer it softened, serve as is.
When ready to serve, slice the butter into ½ inch coins and place over your hot steak. Allow the butter to melt over your steak and enjoy!
Notes
Some prefer their cowboy butter to be melted. If so, melt your butter first then add in the ingredients and stir together. You can use this as a dipping sauce for your steak.
