Hmmm. I have actually never had anyone have that problem! I don’t ever make it in 2 pans so I’m not sure why it would be overflowing. So sorry that happened! Let me know if you try it in 2 pans!
Your Cherry Cream Cheese Hand Pies…DELICIOUS AND OH-SO-EASY to make!!! Little cherry “cheesecake” pies, in the perfect size…so pretty AND yummy!!!
So far, have made three of your recipes/entrees, and each of them have been delicious! Thank you so much, Mindy, for sharing your wonderful talents, in feeding our families!
I poured the entire bowl of batter into the loaf pan instead of half. To remedy this I added 2 additional tablespoons of flour to the topping mix and stirred until it became crumbly. I sprinkled the crumbles on top of the loaf and baked it. It was wonderful!
This was perfect. I made it in muffins. I did add an extra banana because I had 4 anyways. I added 1tsp of vanilla as well and baked for 20 min exactly at 350. So so good

January 7, 2018 at 5:45 pmI made your cinnamon crunch banana bread, I used a 9×5 loaf pan but it’s overflowing? Not sure why, maybe if it turns out I’ll have to use 2 loaf pans
