I made this in a 9″ cast iron pan because it was just for my husband and myself. It was a big hit.
I made a larger version, 9″× 13″ , the next evening for company. They loved it! They thought I went to a lot of trouble and were amazed that it only had 3 ingredients and preparing it took only less than 5 minutes.
I will definitely make this for the next family get- together. It’s my husband’s family and when asked how I made it, I think I’ll tell them “it’s an old family recipe and I’m sworn to secrecy and I can’t share it”. Lol
